Consulting enquiries
Ignivox Consulting Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16458196. Registered office: 4 Paradise Street, Sheffield, England, S1 2DF.
Ignivox Consulting Limited supplies the consulting services advertised here and is responsible for the personal information it uses to manage its consulting enquiries and client relationships. Please identify consulting as the service you are enquiring about so your enquiry can be directed to the appropriate company.
This notice describes website enquiry handling. The information needed for a consulting assignment and any further privacy information will depend on the agreed work. You can use the contact details in this notice for a privacy question about either company; please identify which service your request concerns.
Information we use
- Contact details you provide: name, work email, company, product interest and the content of your enquiry or correspondence.
- Technical information associated with website requests, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and the time of access, where recorded by our hosting provider.
- Business contact and transaction information needed if an enquiry becomes a customer relationship.
Please avoid including passwords, access codes, sensitive personal information or confidential survey records in the public enquiry form. Name, email and message are required so we can respond; company and product interest are optional. You can also contact us by email.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To answer enquiries and discuss a potential business relationship: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and administering our business. Where you would personally be party to a contract, we may also rely on steps taken at your request before entering that contract.
- To administer a customer relationship: performance of a contract with an individual customer, or our legitimate interests in managing the relationship with a business customer and its representatives.
- To protect the site, investigate misuse and deal with disputes: our legitimate interests in security and protecting our business and users.
- To meet accounting, regulatory or other applicable legal obligations: compliance with a legal obligation.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If we introduce optional email marketing, we will explain the relevant basis and give you a way to stop it.
Who receives information
Netlify provides hosting and enquiry-form processing for this website. Where you request consulting services, the relevant enquiry details may be passed to Ignivox Consulting Limited to respond to that request. Our business email and administration providers process correspondence and customer records. Access may also be needed by professional advisers, or by authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell enquiry information. Providers are engaged for their relevant services, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
International processing
A provider may process information outside the UK, including through support operations. Where a restricted international transfer takes place, applicable UK transfer requirements must be met, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards and any required assessment. Contact us for information about the providers, locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiries while they are active and for a proportionate period afterwards to manage follow-up and keep a record of the discussion. In deciding when to delete records we consider the last meaningful contact, whether a customer relationship follows, unresolved complaints or disputes, and applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Customer and accounting records may need to be retained longer than an unsuccessful enquiry. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and objections
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, giving reasons relating to your situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact hello@ignivoxhub.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can complain to us at the same address and to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to complain to us first.
