Consulting services
Ignivox Consulting Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16458196. Registered office: 4 Paradise Street, Sheffield, England, S1 2DF.
Consulting services advertised on this website are supplied by Ignivox Consulting Limited. Software products are supplied by Ignivox Solutions Limited. These are separate companies; the applicable service agreement identifies your contracting supplier and the agreed scope, charges and terms.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or submit material you are not entitled to share.
Product access and commercial terms
Product access, fees, licence scope, subscription periods, support and data processing arrangements are agreed separately with each customer. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not purchase a subscription or vary an existing contract. Read the Tangerine access and commercial information before requesting access.
Product descriptions may change. Demonstration screens use illustrative data and do not establish service levels, feature acceptance criteria or contractual commitments. Any specification relied on for a purchase should be recorded in the customer agreement.
Intellectual property
Ignivox Solutions Limited owns the Ignivox software and original website material, subject to third-party components and licensors’ rights. Customers retain their rights in the information they supply. You may view the website for business evaluation and share links to it. You must not copy, republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission or a legal entitlement.
Availability and external links
We take reasonable care over the website, but do not promise that every page will be available without interruption or that all information will always be current. Links to product applications take you to separate services. Third-party websites are subject to their own terms and notices.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, website content is general product information and is not engineering, safety, legal or other professional advice. Product and consulting services are governed by their separately agreed contracts.
Privacy and cookies
Our website privacy notice explains enquiry processing. Our cookie notice explains storage technologies. A privacy notice is information about processing, not consent to every use of personal data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. Updates do not automatically amend an existing customer agreement. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights that apply.
